The Global Mangrove Watch (GMW) is a collaboration between Aberystwyth University (U.K.), solo Earth Observation (soloEO; Japan), Wetlands International the World Conservation Monitoring Centre (UNEP-WCMC) and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).
Sharing stories and dreams of women from mangrove-dependent communities in sustaining fish stocks, protecting the ecosystem and sustaining livelihoods.
This manual is a tool in improving mangrove management, augmenting or restoring a mangrove conservation
ethic, and reversal of trends in human-caused degradation of mangroves.
